Our way of open flame roasting premium coffee beans over glowing mesquite fires began when early West Texas pioneers heading west on wagon trains roasted coffee in iron skillets over mesquite fires. We simply perfected the same thought over 150 years later right here on our ranch in Big Lake Texas.
